KPRF 2027 Prize System & Clarification

Dear Fanciers,

KPRF has already announced the official 2027 Race Schedule. To maintain clarity and transparency, the KPRF Committee is sharing the following clarification regarding participation, results, points, prizes, and championship eligibility.

KPRF 2027 Club Championship

The KPRF 2027 Club Championship title will be awarded only to official KPRF Club Members.

Club Championship points will be calculated only from the Club Result.

Only official KPRF Club Members are eligible for:

Champion Winner
Runner-Up
Third Place

For the Open Category, there will be:

No season champion title
No points system

Open participants are eligible only for race-wise Open Winner prizes from R4 to R7.

R1, R2 and R3 – Club Members Only

R1, R2 and R3 are strictly for official KPRF Club Members only.

For these races, prizes will be awarded as follows:

R4, R5, R6 and R7 – Open + Club Race

From R4 to R7, races will be conducted as Open + Club Race.

The overall 1st place winner in the Open Result will receive:

Open Winner Cup + Certificate + Cash Prize

For open races, KPRF will publish two separate results:

Open Result:
The Open Result will include all eligible participants, including KPRF Club Members and Open Fanciers.

Club Result:
The Club Result will include only official KPRF Club Members. This result will be used for club ranking, club points, and KPRF 2027 Club Championship calculation.

For the Club Result in open races, KPRF will provide:

Cup + Certificate

There will be no separate race-wise cash prize for the Club Result in open races.

There will be no points system for the Open Category.

For official KPRF Club Members, cash prizes will be awarded to the Top 10 point holders at the end of the season, based on the final Club Championship points table.

Participation Rules

1  | R1, R2 and R3 are only for official KPRF Club Members.
2  | From R4 to R7, eligible open fanciers can participate along with KPRF Club Members.
3  | Open race participation will be allowed for fanciers from Keelakarai Circle and Ramanathapuram Circle.
4  | For races above 1000 KM, participants from our wider region may be allowed as per committee approval and race arrangements.
5  | All participants must follow the same race rules, tagging system, liberation process, trapping rules, and result verification process.
6  | For open races, race conditions will remain the same for both club members and open participants.
7  | KPRF club points will be awarded only to official KPRF Club Members.
8  | Open participants will not be included in the KPRF Club Championship points table.
9  | Open participants are eligible only for race-wise open prizes.
10 | The final decision of the KPRF Committee will be considered final in all race-related matters.

2500 KM Race Clarification

The 2500 KM race will be conducted separately by NSA Elite Club.

No KPRF club points will be awarded for the 2500 KM race.

More details regarding the private 2500 KM race will be available on KPRF.in.

Final Clarification

This system is followed to keep the race fair, simple, transparent, and financially manageable for the club.
