4.1 Rights of Ordinary Members:
- The right to participate in eligible official KPRF races, training tosses, club events, open events, meetings, and social activities, subject to race rules, membership status, and payment of applicable fees.
- The right to receive official race schedules, announcements, result updates, notices, and important communications issued by KPRF.
- The right to submit suggestions, ideas, requests, objections, or grievances in writing through the Secretary, designated Managing Member, or proper official channel as per Article 9.
- The right to be treated with fairness, dignity, and respect by the Federation, Committee, officials, and fellow members.
- The right to have race results, points, prizes, and participation records handled transparently and according to official KPRF rules.
4.2 Duties of All Members:
- To uphold the dignity, discipline, ethics, reputation, and stated objectives of KPRF at all times.
- To obey this Constitution, Bylaws, race rules, committee decisions, official announcements, and instructions issued by authorized KPRF officials.
- To maintain respectful, dignified, and sportsmanlike communication with all members, race officials, committee members, guests, sponsors, and participants.
- To protect the unity and harmony of the Federation and avoid any act that creates division, confusion, groupism, or public disrepute.
- To report any suspected misconduct, fraud, cheating, doping, result manipulation, ring misuse, false claim, or violation of KPRF rules directly and confidentially to the Permanent President, Founder, Secretary, or Managing Committee.
- To settle all dues, entry fees, subscription fees, penalties, fines, or other financial obligations promptly and in full.
- To care for any KPRF property, equipment, race baskets, timing devices, records, documents, trophies, or materials entrusted to them as responsible custodians.
- To provide true and updated information regarding address, contact number, loft location, pigeon ownership, ring details, and any other information required by KPRF.
- To give priority to pigeon welfare, safe handling, proper care, and ethical treatment during training, racing, transport, basketing, and return.
- To cooperate with race officials during basketing, verification, result checking, clock checking, ring checking, loft verification, and disciplinary inquiries.
4.3 Prohibited Acts for Members:
- Using the KPRF name, logo, slogan, website, branding, certificates, documents, race data, photographs, videos, or official identity for personal, political, commercial, or unauthorized purposes without prior written approval from the KPRF Leadership / Managing Committee.
- Publicly defaming, insulting, threatening, abusing, slandering, or bringing disrepute to KPRF, its leadership, committee, officials, members, sponsors, guests, or participants.
- Spreading false information, manipulated screenshots, unofficial results, rumours, misleading statements, or private committee matters through WhatsApp, social media, forums, or public platforms.
- Creating or supporting private groups, cliques, or secret communication channels intended to divide members, undermine the Committee, damage race integrity, or weaken the Federation.
- Claiming personal ownership, exclusive rights, or individual control over any KPRF asset, name, logo, slogan, website content, race result, official record, document, intellectual property, or federation property.
- Misusing membership identity, race entries, ring allocations, loft registration, points, prizes, certificates, or any privilege granted by KPRF.
- Obstructing race officials, refusing verification, hiding race-related information, or interfering with the proper conduct of races and result preparation.
- Engaging in fraud, cheating, doping, ring tampering, false ownership claims, result manipulation, pigeon substitution, or any malpractice affecting fair competition.
4.4 Responsibility for Public Conduct:
Every member represents the image and dignity of KPRF.
Members shall behave responsibly in public meetings, race points, basketing places, result discussions, online platforms, social media, forums, and private communications connected to KPRF matters.
Any conduct that damages the public reputation, unity, discipline, or legal position of KPRF may be treated as a disciplinary offence.

4.5 No Personal Claim Over Federation Property:
No member, former member, committee member, ordinary member, honorary member, or participant shall claim personal ownership or exclusive control over any property, asset, record, fund, logo, name, data, document, website content, race history, trophy, certificate format, or intellectual property belonging to KPRF.
All such materials shall remain the collective property of the Federation and shall be used only for official KPRF purposes.

4.6 Breach of Duties:
Violation of any duty or prohibited act under this Article may result in warning, written apology, suspension, cancellation of race entry, forfeiture of points or prizes, fine, temporary suspension, permanent expulsion, or any other disciplinary action decided by the KPRF Managing Committee / Supreme Authority.
