ARTICLE 14: RING RULES
14.1 Mandatory Official Rings:
All pigeons participating in KPRF races must wear valid, identifiable, and accepted race rings.
KPRF may recognize the following rings, subject to the rules announced for each season or race:

14.2 Ring Registration:
All rings used for KPRF races must be properly registered before the race according to the procedure announced by the Managing Committee.

14.3 Phased Implementation:
The KPRF Managing Committee may introduce official KPRF ring rules in phases according to season requirements, member readiness, and race category.

14.4 Fraudulent Rings:
The use, possession, submission, or racing of duplicate, fake, forged, altered, tampered, transferred, or suspicious rings is a serious offence.
The following acts are strictly prohibited:

14.5 Lost, Damaged or Unreadable Rings:
Any lost, damaged, broken, unreadable, or doubtful ring must be reported immediately to the Secretary / Managing Committee.
Replacement, correction, or acceptance of such pigeon shall be subject to strict verification and written approval from KPRF.
Unauthorized ring replacement, hidden ring change, or failure to report ring damage shall be treated as misconduct or fraud depending on the seriousness.
KPRF reserves the right to reject any pigeon if the ring condition creates doubt regarding identity, ownership, or race integrity.

14.6 Ring Verification at Basketing:
All pigeons may be checked during basketing for ring number, ring condition, ownership, entry status, and eligibility.
Race Officials may refuse any pigeon if:

14.7 Transfer of Pigeons & Rings:
If a pigeon is sold, gifted, transferred, or raced under a new owner, the transfer must be declared to KPRF before entering the pigeon in any race.
KPRF may require written confirmation from the previous owner, transfer record, or other proof of ownership.
No member shall race a pigeon belonging to another person under false ownership or without proper declaration.

14.8 Final Authority on Ring Rules:
The KPRF Leadership / Managing Committee shall have final authority to approve, reject, verify, register, cancel, or investigate any ring, pigeon, entry, ownership claim, or race result connected with ring rules.
Every member entering pigeons in KPRF races shall be deemed to have accepted these ring rules fully.
Every Flight Breaks Limits. Every Return Writes History.

The KPRF Managing Committee may introduce official KPRF ring rules in phases according to season requirements, member readiness, and race category.
- Transition Period: During the initial transition period, KPRF may permit approved existing rings, other recognized club rings, or personal name rings for selected races, subject to Committee approval.
- Short & Middle Distance Races: Personal name rings or other accepted rings may be allowed only if officially announced by KPRF.
- Long Distance / Special Races: KPRF may require stricter ring verification and may restrict participation to official or approved rings only.
- Future Seasons: From the season officially declared by KPRF, only official KPRF rings or KPRF-approved rings shall be recognized for all races without exception.
